Why we exist
Most companies are better than their market believes.
Usually the marketing has grown one piece at a time. A designer for the brochure, an agency for the ads, someone inside the company running social media beside their actual job. Each piece is done properly. What goes missing is the person who can say whether all of it together made the phone ring.
Building that in house means hiring for five different skills: strategy, creative, media, content and measurement. They rarely sit in one person, and carrying five salaries is a lot to commit to before you know what the work will return.
That is the team we are, shared between the companies we look after. You get the five skills working in one room, and one group of people answerable for what came of it.

The group behind us

The group runs companies in property, energy, food, finance, education and technology. Real businesses, with customers who have a choice and quarters that have to add up.
That is where this team learned the job. Marketing something that has to sell teaches you quickly which activity moves a number and which activity only looks busy. It also means that when we say we will stand behind a plan, there is a group standing behind us while we do it.
A word from our chairman
A company earns its name twice. Once in the work itself, and once in making sure the right people come to know about it. We have spent years on the first. Recognize exists to do the second, for our companies and for yours.
How we work
One thread, from the first meeting to the last report.
Work starts with a conversation about what you are trying to move, and ends with a number that says whether it moved. In between, the same people carry it: the ones who wrote the plan are the ones making the work and the ones showing you what it did.
We agree what we are counting before anything is made. It is a small habit that changes the last meeting completely, because everyone in it is looking at the same measure and reading it the same way.
