Services
Six groups, organised by the job you need doing.
Strategy, brand, digital, on-ground, pipeline and reputation. Every service runs through one team, and the six groups are built around the problems companies actually arrive with.

What Recognize does
Recognize is a full-service marketing agency in Baner, Pune. We run strategy, brand, creative, media, content and measurement for companies selling considered products and services, mostly to other businesses.
The work is organised into six groups. Every one of them exists to answer a different question a company arrives with, and any of them can be bought on its own or as part of a standing programme.
Most of the companies here sell something considered: a machine, a service contract, a platform, a product that a committee approves rather than one person buys on impulse. That shapes the work. Long sales cycles reward being findable and being trusted more than they reward being clever, and the measurement has to survive a gap of months between the first click and the invoice.
Why the groups follow your problem
Because a company almost never arrives asking for a channel. It arrives saying nobody has heard of us, or the enquiries are the wrong shape, or we spend a lot and cannot tell what it produced.
Most agencies organise around what they sell: a search team, a social team, a design team. That structure makes the first conversation about which department you belong in. That is a question about how we are arranged, and it has nothing to do with what is wrong at your end.
Grouping by job puts the diagnosis first. It also makes it easier to tell you that the group you came in asking for will not fix the thing you described.
It changes who you end up talking to as well. A company arranged by channel puts you with whoever owns that channel, and that person has an interest in the answer being their channel. Grouping by job means the first conversation is with people whose work is to find out what is actually wrong, and who are free to say the answer sits somewhere else entirely.

Where to start
Which group fits which problem
Most people arrive with a symptom. Almost nobody arrives with a service name. This is the translation we would make on a first call, so you can make it yourself first.
| If the problem is | Start with |
|---|---|
| Nobody has heard of you | Brand and creative |
| The wrong people are finding you | Strategy and research |
| You are missing from search and from AI answers | Digital demand |
| Buyers meet you online but never in person | On-ground demand |
| Enquiries arrive and then stall | Pipeline and retention |
| You are known, but not yet trusted | Reputation and employer brand |
| You cannot tell which spending is working | Strategy and research |
Two of those point at strategy and research, which is deliberate. Both are diagnosis problems, and buying execution before the diagnosis is how a budget gets spent on the wrong thing.
What happens after you get in touch
The same four steps whether you take one group or all six.
A conversation about the problem
You get a reply within one working day. The first call is about what is actually wrong at your end. Nothing gets pitched on it, and no proposal arrives before anybody understands the problem.
A recommendation you can argue with
What we think the problem is, what we would do first, and what we would not spend money on yet. If we are the wrong team for it, that is the answer you get, along with what we think you should do instead.
Measurement agreed before anything runs
What we are moving, the number it starts at, and how long it gets before anyone judges it. Settling that first is what makes the review at the end a comparison rather than an argument.
The people who planned it do it
No handover to a delivery team you have not met. The people in the first meeting are the people on the work and on the last report.
Do you have to take all six?
No. Every group can be bought on its own, and most companies start with one. Most of the companies in the work section run the core five services and nothing else.
Taking several changes the economics. The positioning gets written once instead of six times, the reporting arrives in one place, and the groups stop contradicting each other in market.
What we will not do is sell you a group to complete the set. If the diagnosis says one thing is wrong and one group fixes it, that is the recommendation, and the rest stays on this page until it is genuinely the next thing worth spending on.

How it runs
One team across all six
Buy six services from six agencies and you get six versions of your positioning, six reporting formats, and nobody who can answer what the whole thing produced.
Everything here runs through one team with one person accountable for the outcome. Where a company takes several groups, the strategy is written once and the reporting arrives in one place.
