Terms of use

These terms are between you and Recognize Consulting Private Limited, of Office No. 2, A-Wing, Prabhavee Tech Park, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India. By using recognizegroup.com you accept them. If you do not, the remedy is simple: stop using the site.

If we work together, that work is governed by the engagement letter or statement of work we both sign. Nothing on this page adds to it, takes away from it, or replaces it. Where this page and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.

• +Quote a short passage, with attribution to Recognize and a link to the page it came from.
• +Print or save a page for your own reference, including to circulate internally while deciding whether to talk to us.

And what you may not:

The writing, design, code, photography and the recognition field on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Recognize, the R symbol and the line Known to the right people. are our marks.

Client names, logos and screenshots appear here to identify work we did. They belong to those companies, and nothing on this site transfers any right in them to you or to us.

The pages here describe what we do and what we think. They are general information, not advice for your situation, and no client relationship starts because you read a page or send us a message. Do not act on something here without taking advice on your own facts.

Where we describe work for a client, we describe what was done. Nothing here is a promise that the same approach produces the same result for you.

We intend the site to be up, and we do not promise it always will be. We may change, move or remove any page without notice, which is what a site that is still being built does.
