What this group does
It decides how the company presents itself, and then builds the parts that carry it: the identity, the design system, the packaging, the collateral and the film.
A brand is not a logo. It is the set of decisions that means two people in different teams produce work that looks like it came from the same company, without asking each other first.
We build the system and we make the things. The people who set the rules are the people who then have to live inside them, which keeps the rules practical.
Most of what a brand costs is spent after the identity is signed off. Every deck, every stand, every pack and every advertisement either applies the system or quietly works around it, and a system that is hard to apply gets worked around within a month. That is why the handover here is templates and source files your team can open rather than a PDF of rules, and why we stay available while the first real jobs go through it.

How it runs
Discovery and territory
We agree what the brand has to do before anybody designs. Two or three routes come back, each with the reasoning attached, and we tell you which one we would choose.
Design and build
The chosen route is developed into the full system: colour, type, layout, photography and the applications you actually use. Three rounds of revision at each stage.
Handover and use
Written guidelines, every source file, and templates your team can work in. We stay available for the first months of application, because that is when a system either holds or quietly falls apart.
Questions we get asked
How long does a brand identity take?
How many rounds of revision do we get?
Do we own the artwork and the files?
Can you work with the brand we already have?
Who actually designs it?
What if we already have a logo we are happy with?
Do you design for print as well as for screen?
What happens when we need something new a year later?
