Turn interest into revenue, and keep the customer.
The plumbing between an enquiry and revenue, and the reason you can tell which spending worked.

What this group does
It connects marketing to the CRM, so an enquiry arrives with its source attached and somebody can answer what the spending produced.
This is the least visible group and the one that decides whether any of the others can be improved. Without it, a budget conversation is a contest of opinions. With it, it is a comparison.
It also covers what happens after somebody buys. Keeping a customer is cheaper than replacing one, and almost nobody resources it.
This group is the reason the other five can be judged at all. Without an enquiry carrying its source into the CRM, every report becomes an argument about attribution, and the channel with the most confident advocate wins the budget. Getting the plumbing right first is the least glamorous work here and it is what makes every rupee spent elsewhere accountable to a number rather than to an opinion.

How it runs
Weeks one and two
We map how your sales team actually sells, which is rarely how the CRM is currently configured. Anything we build on top of the wrong pipeline stages gets abandoned.
Weeks three to six
Configuration, data migration, form and campaign integration, automation and alerts. Your admin access stays yours throughout.
From week seven
Training, then monthly running: campaigns, sequences, deliverability and the reporting that connects spend to closed revenue.
Questions we get asked
How long does a CRM implementation take?
Do you only work with Zoho?
Who owns the system afterwards?
What happens if sales does not use it?
Is WhatsApp marketing legal for business use in India?
What if our data is a mess?
Do you charge for the software as well?
Can you connect this to the ad platforms?
How long before the reporting can be trusted?
