What the work is
TechOrbit sells SAP implementation and managed services to enterprise buyers, which is a long, considered purchase made by committees rather than individuals. The marketing has to hold attention across months, not clicks.
This is the widest scope on the list. Alongside the brand, website, search and social work, we run the content programme that gives a technical sales team something to send, the events that put its people in a room with buyers, and the lead capture that connects the two back to a CRM.
A buying committee reads different things at different stages. A whitepaper answers the question an IT director is asking; a case study answers the one a CFO is asking; an industry day answers the one nobody puts in writing, which is whether these are people they want in their business for two years. Running all of it under one team is what keeps those three answers consistent.
The events are documented separately, in the events section of this site.
Scope
The 14 services we run
Brand Strategy
Positioning, messaging and the language the company uses about itself, agreed before anything is designed.
Website Design & Development
Designed, built and kept up, from the first wireframe through to the pages added months later.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
The technical work, the content and the links that decide whether the company is found when somebody goes looking.
Social Media Management
The calendar, the artwork, the writing and the replies, run month after month rather than in bursts.
Graphic Design
Everything the brand needs made: decks, advertising, brochures and the artwork each channel asks for.
Video Production
Scripted, filmed and edited in house, from customer stories to the explainer a sales team sends.
Paid Media & Advertising
Search and social advertising, planned and bought against a budget, then reported against what it returned.
Events & Experiences
Industry days, exhibitions and company evenings, from the venue and the invitations to the day itself.
Marketing Collateral
Brochures, one-pagers and sales decks written so that a team can send them without rewriting them first.
Content Marketing
Blogs, ebooks, whitepapers and case studies, published on a schedule rather than when somebody remembers.
Public Relations
Press relationships, the releases that go to them and the coverage that follows.
Email Marketing
Campaigns and sequences written, sent and measured, to a list that has agreed to be on it.
Lead Generation & Telemarketing
Outbound calling and the follow-up that turns a name on a list into a conversation worth having.
CRM Integration & Marketing Operations
Enquiries land in the CRM with their source attached, and the reporting behind them is built once, so the month-end review is a comparison rather than an argument.
