What happened
An annual day is the one event a company runs entirely for itself, and the one where a wrong note is most obvious to the people in the room. TechOrbit Solutions asked us to plan and run the 2026 edition.
We built the evening in two halves and kept them apart. The first was the business: a townhall from Dhanesh Indore setting the direction for the year, then leadership addresses on what the previous one had delivered. The second was the celebration, so neither had to compete with the other for the room's attention.
The Rising Stars awards sat at the join. We handled the run of show, the screen and venue branding, the awards and the collateral, then the games, the cake and the music that closed the night.
Scope
The 7 things we ran
Event Strategy & Concept
The format, the audience and the reason for the day, settled before a venue is held or an invitation goes out.
Venue & Vendor Management
Sourcing the venue, holding the date and coordinating the suppliers who have to be on site and ready before anyone arrives.
Branding & Signage
Standees, badges, screen artwork and the printed pieces that carry the client's mark through the venue.
Speaker & Agenda Coordination
The running order, the speaker briefs and the timings that hold a day to its own schedule.
Collateral & Giveaways
Brochures, handouts and the branded pieces guests leave holding.
Photography & Videography
Stills and film shot on the day, edited and handed over as a set the client can use everywhere else.
Social Media Coverage
Posting through the day and the recap that runs afterwards, so the audience is larger than the room.

Photographs
11 in total
All of it was photographed and filmed, and the edit reached TechOrbit's own channels the same week. An internal event nobody outside ever sees is a recruitment asset thrown away.
