What happened
ERP Expo runs for three days and most stands at it are a banner behind a table. TechOrbit Solutions asked us to make Stall A45 worth walking towards.
We designed and built the stand and dressed it, and produced the collateral and giveaways that went on it. The layout was planned for conversation rather than display: somewhere to sit, screens at a height people read standing up, and enough room for two conversations to run without either being overheard.
More than 300 visitors came through across the three days, with over a hundred on the second day alone. We ran the capture of who they were and what they were dealing with, so the stand produced a list rather than a footfall figure.

Event Strategy & Concept
The format, the audience and the reason for the day, settled before a venue is held or an invitation goes out.
Stall Design & Fabrication
The stand designed, built and dressed, so a company is worth walking towards on a crowded exhibition floor.
Branding & Signage
Standees, badges, screen artwork and the printed pieces that carry the client's mark through the venue.
Collateral & Giveaways
Brochures, handouts and the branded pieces guests leave holding.
Photography & Videography
Stills and film shot on the day, edited and handed over as a set the client can use everywhere else.

Posting through the day and the recap that runs afterwards, so the audience is larger than the room.
Post-Event Reporting
Attendance, engagement and the list of who to follow up, handed over with the photographs rather than weeks later.

An exhibition is judged weeks afterwards, on whether anyone can still tell which conversations were worth continuing. That is the whole reason the reporting is part of the scope instead of an afterthought.
