What happened
TechOrbit Solutions wanted its senior people in a room with the buyers of enterprise systems, rather than another set of slides sent to them. We planned and ran SAP Business Suite Innovation Day at Sheraton Grand Pune on 8 October 2025, with SAP as co-host.
The brief shaped the programme. Enterprise buyers have sat through enough transformation talks, so the agenda was built around system design, integration and execution, and speakers were briefed to talk about landscapes they had actually run rather than ones they had read about.
92 business and technology leaders attended. We built the invitation list and ran registration, coordinated the venue, produced the branding and the collateral in the room, held the running order to time, and handed TechOrbit the photography and the follow-up list afterwards.
Scope

Event Strategy & Concept
The format, the audience and the reason for the day, settled before a venue is held or an invitation goes out.
Venue & Vendor Management
Sourcing the venue, holding the date and coordinating the suppliers who have to be on site and ready before anyone arrives.

The list, the sends, the reminders and the desk that checks people in when they arrive.
Branding & Signage
Standees, badges, screen artwork and the printed pieces that carry the client's mark through the venue.
Speaker & Agenda Coordination
The running order, the speaker briefs and the timings that hold a day to its own schedule.
Collateral & Giveaways
Brochures, handouts and the branded pieces guests leave holding.
Photography & Videography
Stills and film shot on the day, edited and handed over as a set the client can use everywhere else.
Social Media Coverage
Posting through the day and the recap that runs afterwards, so the audience is larger than the room.
Post-Event Reporting
Attendance, engagement and the list of who to follow up, handed over with the photographs rather than weeks later.
What the day covered
Enterprise direction from SAP leadership
The event opened with welcome and keynote sessions from SAP leadership, including Vini Choksi and Anshul Gupta, who shared perspectives on how SAP Business Suite is evolving to support enterprise management and system intelligence.
Applications, data, and AI
A session led by Abhishek Sahi focused on how enterprises are working across applications, data, and AI within SAP Business Suite to improve visibility and decision-making across large system landscapes.
Driving intelligent enterprises
TechOrbit leadership, including Dhanesh Indore and Ajay Kulkarni, shared delivery-led perspectives on building intelligent enterprises through SAP Business Suite and public cloud programs.
Customer and industry perspectives
Enterprise IT leaders Bhagwant Chate and Suraj Chaudhary, moderated by Pradhan Poonacha, discussed adoption challenges, execution realities, and lessons from running SAP systems at scale.
Networking and continued conversations
The evening concluded with networking and dinner, allowing participants to continue discussions in an informal setting.
