What happened
This one was deliberately small. TechOrbit Solutions and SAP wanted EPC leaders around a table rather than an audience in rows, so we planned and ran it as a roundtable at Sheraton Grand Pune on 27 May 2026.
A roundtable is harder to fill than a seminar and easier to waste. We built the invitation list by name rather than by job title, held it to a little over 25 people, and framed the discussion around five things the sector actually argues about.
We ran the invitations and registration, coordinated the venue, produced the branding and the collateral, structured the session, and photographed it.
