What happened
TechOrbit Solutions wanted to be present in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar rather than assume its Pune reputation travelled there. We planned and ran SAP Connect Day at Hyatt Place on 23 April 2026, again with SAP as co-host.
A tier three city changes the brief. The audience is less saturated and more wary of people who drive in from a metro for an evening, so the programme was weighted towards operators describing systems they run, and two of TechOrbit's own clients spoke rather than being quoted from a slide.
More than 80 industry leaders, clients and technology decision-makers attended. We built the invitation list and ran registration, coordinated the venue, produced the branding and collateral, held six sessions to time, and shot the largest photo set of any event on this list.

The format, the audience and the reason for the day, settled before a venue is held or an invitation goes out.
Venue & Vendor Management
Sourcing the venue, holding the date and coordinating the suppliers who have to be on site and ready before anyone arrives.

Stills and film shot on the day, edited and handed over as a set the client can use everywhere else.

Posting through the day and the recap that runs afterwards, so the audience is larger than the room.

Attendance, engagement and the list of who to follow up, handed over with the photographs rather than weeks later.
